Originally a family home, Taunton Manor started as a guesthouse in 2020 by Claire and Conrad Barnard.  They made Taunton Manor what it is today- an oasis of peace and calm just outside the bustling city of Pietermaritzbug, with friendly staff and beautiful gardens.  Catering to business and leisure guests alike, Taunton Manor is ideally situated close to schools, hospitals and the city itself. Taunton Manor is now powered by solar, meaning that even when there is load shedding, our guests still enjoy electricity without a noisy generator.
